Semi-private training includes the personalized attention of 1-on-1 coaching in a group setting of up to five people, making it one of the most effective and affordable ways to train.

Whether you're signing up with a friend or partner, or getting paired with others in the community, everyone in the session arrives with their own goals and leaves with their own customized program. No cookie-cutter workouts. No one-size-fits-all approach. Just targeted coaching that adapts to each person in the room, with the bonus of a group around you to keep you accountable and showing up.

Sessions take place at Kings Gym in Bedford Heights, and semi-private clients receive a discounted rate compared to 1-on-1 training. It's personal training that doesn't have to feel like a solo journey, nor break the bank to get started.

$50 per person per session (up to five people per session)
