Here’s how it works:
Complete a Quick Consultation
You will fill out a brief, 2-minute chat with a licensed provider. If eligible, you will receive a Letter of Medical Necessity within two hours.Pay for Personal Training
You will pay for your sessions (in full) using any standard payment method (not an HSA/FSA card).Submit for Reimbursement
You will submit the Letter of Medical Necessity and your training receipt to your HSA/FSA provider for reimbursement.
The Letter of Medical Necessity is valid for 12 months and can be used for all personal training services during that time.

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

I accept all major credit card providers, cash, check, Venmo, and Zelle.
What is Your Cancellation Policy?

You must notify me or cancel on the app within 24 hours. If you do cancel, you must either reschedule your appointment or pay a full session fee.
What Makes You Different?

I do not just create individualized and unique workout programs for my clients. I work with them to find solutions that fit their busy schedule.
What Should I Bring to a Session?

You should bring a water bottle and a towel, and wear workout-appropriate clothing and footwear. No open-toed shoes/slippers!
