As a personal trainer, I know the importance of living an active lifestyle and connecting as humans. That’s why I created Sweat + Connect, to offer a fresh take on traditional networking that blends fitness with community. Take a break from attending an event where you have to dress for your profession and break a sweat in a fun, all-fitness level workout. Then, we recharge and come together with healthy snacks and casual conversation. There’s no better way to invest in both your health and professional network.

Who Is This Event Open To?
Sweat + Connect events are open to professionals from all industries between the ages of 23 and 45, and active individuals of all fitness levels. We will have modifications for
What Should I Bring?
You should bring a water bottle, comfortable workout clothes, sneakers, a towel, some business cards, and your energy!
Is This Really Networking, or Just Fitness?
It’s a mix of BOTH! We break the ice with the workout, which can be done with partners or as teams, and the mixer makes connections natural and fun.
Why Only Target Those Demographics (Ages 23-45)
Millennials and Gen Zs are sweet spots where career growth, lifestyle, and fitness naturally overlap. However, if you are outside that range and vibe with what we want to create, you are welcome to attend!
