Hey, I’m Christian. My goals as a fitness coach are to help my clients adopt a more active lifestyle and to build a stronger fitness-centered community in Northeast Ohio. Figuring out where to start is challenging, and we will solve this together. I will work with you to establish a goal, create a plan that fits your life’s schedule, and do what is needed to achieve it.
No goal is out of reach and is not limited to losing weight or gaining muscle. It could be gaining the ability to run around with your kids or lose weight to ride that roller coaster you have always wanted to ride. It will take time, but the gains you will make in that period will be worthwhile. You will have a support system that extends beyond the hour you spend with me in person or virtually.
