Thank You, CONGA!
Thank you for your attention and interest in my presentation this week, and for being a great business networking group! Below is a presentation recap and extra resources to help better refer potential clients to me.
Let’s Set Up a 121 to Talk Business and Goals!
Three Best Referral Audiences
Traveling Professionals
Problem: Inconsistency of working out from their home gym and being on the road. These individuals tend to be too tired or have full schedules to work out.
Services Recommended: Workout Program or Online Training
How to Refer: If you hear, “I’ve been traveling for work and have been inconsistent going to the gym,” or, “I don’t have time to workout after all these meetings,” let them know that you know a trainer who specializes in creating quick, effective workouts that fit into their busy schedules at home and on the road, no matter where they are.
2. Busy Professionals (25 - 70)
Problem: Struggling to make time for their health because they are focusing on work/family balance
Services Recommended: In-Gym, At-Home, or Online Personal Training that fits their schedule and lifestyle
How to Refer: If you hear, “I just don’t have time to work out,” ask them, “Have you thought about working with a personal trainer who can create workouts that fit your schedule?”
3. Engaged and Married Couples
These pairs are preparing for their Summer/Fall 2026 wedding or want to improve their health together and be an example for their kids
Services Recommended: Small Group Personal Training & Boot Camps
How to Refer: If you hear, “I need to get in shape for my wedding” or “I want to look good so I can play with my kids,” respond with “I know a trainer who specializes in helping people like you get results and makes it fun!”
